Therapy sessions for footballers are designed to meet the unique mental and emotional demands of the game, offering a powerful combination of counselling, hypnotherapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Counselling provides a supportive, confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, and challenges, helping players process stress, anxiety, or personal issues. Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation to access the subconscious mind, allowing athletes to shift unhelpful patterns, build confidence, and enhance performance focus. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) combines talk therapy with acupressure tapping to reduce emotional distress and promote calm, clarity, and resilience. Each 50-minute session is held over Zoom, making support accessible to players no matter where they are in the world. Whether you're an athlete managing performance pressure, recovering from injury, adjusting to team dynamics, or coping with the emotional impact of relocating for your career, these sessions provide tailored support to help you stay grounded, focused, and resilient — wherever football takes you.

Meet Natalie, a dedicated therapist passionate about supporting footballers at every stage of their journey — from emerging talents to seasoned professionals. As a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association and the International Hypnosis Association, Natalie brings a high standard of expertise, care, and professionalism to her work. She offers a unique, tailored blend of counselling, hypnotherapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), helping athletes navigate the wide range of challenges they may face, both on and off the pitch. Whether it’s overcoming performance anxiety, building confidence, managing pressure, recovering from setbacks, or enhancing mental resilience, Natalie provides a safe, empowering space for footballers to strengthen their minds and unlock their full potential.
